Walnut Ave. It is a 10 hour class that goes from 5-10pm both nights. You have to be there both nights.   Class is for kids that will be 10 years old by December 31, 2024. Good from Jan. 1st thru Dec. 31st. If it is a new sticker application, then you must fill out the permit application and bring your ATV, UTV or Golf Cart to the Village Hall for inspection. The ordinance and the list of items required for permit are listed on the Village website, https://princeville.org/golf-cart-atv-utv-permits/     2024 Pet Tags  $2.00 per cat/dog Having a tag is required by Village ordinance, but also serves as a safeguard to assist the Village in contacting you if your pet gets out and is picked up. If you have an issue to report, need to report stray animals, call 309-672-2440.   Landscape Waste Pick-Up Stickers, $2.00 Public works collects on Tuesdays, April 2 thru Nov 12. Call Village Hall before 10am on Tuesdays, for pick up. Landscape waste is grass, shrubbery cuttings, leaves, tree branches, and other materials accumulated as the result of the care of the lawn, yard, shrubbery, vines and trees. Place materials in biodegradable lawn waste bags, containers or bundled with twine. We cannot accept: rocks, pavers, dirt, sand, plastic containers or flower pots. CEDs (Covered Electronic Devices) which are the 17 items specifically banned from the landfill. CEDs: TVs, computer monitors, computers (including desktops, laptops, and tablets), printers, fax machines, VCRs, DVD players, DVD recorders, video game consoles, digital converter boxes, cable receivers, satellite receivers, keyboards, computer mice, small scale servers, scanners and portable digital music players (that contain memory). Pickups in 2024 are: May 30, June 26, July 24, Aug. 21, Sept. 18, Oct 30, Nov. 27 & Dec. 26. Distribution Days: 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month from 5-6pm.     Akron-Princeville Ambulance   Have you ever thought about volunteering for your community?  Do you work or live in Princeville? Akron-Princeville Ambulance is taking applications for daytime and nighttime volunteer drivers. Applicants must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.     Akron-Princeville Fire Department    Have you ever thought about being a volunteer firefighter?  Do you work or live in Princeville?   Please go to apfd.com or contact an APFD member for an application.
