Village of Princeville Pre-Filing Notice:

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Princeville has candidate petitions for circulation for the Consolidated Election to be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021.

 Anyone wishing to run for office may pick up a petition packet at the Princeville Village Hall located at 206 N. Walnut Ave. Princeville, Illinois.

(As the Village Hall is currently closed to the public, please call 309-385-4765, and the office will make arrangements to get your packet to you)

The candidate's petitions must be filed with the Village Clerk along with the receipt of Statement of Economic Interest, no earlier than 8am on Monday, December 14, 2020 and no later than 5pm on Monday, December 21, 2020.

The following positions are open:

Village President - 4 year term

Village Clerk - 4 year term

Village Trustee - 4 year term

Village Trustee - 4 year term

Village Trustee - 4 year term

In order to run for office you must be a registered voter.

You also must have resided in the Village limits for one year.

Consolidated Primary Petition (Nonpartisan)- 4 signatures needed per Peoria County Election office.

Loyalty Oath
