Toned To A T_Artboard 8 _1_.jpg

If you are looking to add strength training to your current workout regime or would like to start a strength training program then please join me on Saturday, May 28th at 8:30am at Princeville Athletic Performance Center.

I am looking for volunteers to give this women's strength training program a try. It is a strength training program for women designed by a woman. There is no cost to try the class out on Saturday, but class size is limited to four people to ensure you get more of the one on one training needed for this type of program.

There is only ONE spot left!   If you are thinking about joining the class, now is the time to get on the list.

To sign up or if you have any questions please call or text Teresa at 309-264-1994.
