PRINCEVILLE FFA PLANT SALE
|
May 2, 2020
We want to take
this time to let you know we will be opening to the public starting
Monday, May 4 at 9am!
Please note the
following changes and procedures for this year's sale as we try to follow
protocols passed down to us:
1. ALL CUSTOMERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A
MASK: We will not have
masks to supply customers without one. This is in response to the Governor's
Executive Order about wearing masks when socially distancing is
difficult. All customers must have a mask covering their nose and mouth,
as will all sale workers.
2. SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE PRACTICED: We will try to line customers up with 6'
spacing and arrange the sale so customers remain spaced apart while
shopping. Wagons will be available for each customer to use while
shopping--one shopper per wagon while shopping. Please limit the number
of shoppers you bring with you, especially individuals at-risk of
contracting Covid-19.
We understand many
of these procedures are inconvenient and certainly wish we could run the
sale like normal years past. However, we are playing the cards we have
been dealt, even if it is a hand of 9's and 10's playing Euchre! We truly
appreciate every one of you that has supported us through this
challenging year. You've proved once again why we have the best
supporters and community a program could ask for!
Now Open!
Monday May 4 through Saturday May 9
Daily 9am-6pm

Dear Residents,
The Princeville
Aquatic Center will remain closed through the 2020 season due to
Covid-19. The Village had delayed pool preparations due to the
stay-at-home order. The combination of uncertainty over restrictions on
summer activities and the health and safety of our community have
contributed to the Village's announcement.
Please know we
will honor any passes purchased or punches left over from the prior year,
next year.
This decision was
not taken lightly and we share the deep disappointment you feel.
We hope everyone
is staying safe and well and we appreciate how our community continues to
support one another as we navigate this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Princeville
Village Board of Trustees
