Operation Christmas Child

The United Christian Women's Fellowship
is heading up Operation Christmas Child.
Members will have boxes that families can pick up and fill. They also have a list of suggested items that can go into that box.
It costs $9 to send the box.
The group will collect filled boxes the week of November 12 - 18.

Street Sweeper

The street sweeper will run on Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays each week during fall to help with the clean up of leaves in the village. If you have leaves in your yard, you may rake them into the street and the street sweeper will clean them up on those days.
All burning ordinances still apply.

Princeville Holiday Homecoming
A Santa Breakfast along with a Craft/Vendor Fair will be held on Saturday, December 2. There are two locations that day for crafts and vendors. One at Akron-Princeville Ambulance building and the other at the Country Feed and Supplies garage. Registration forms to sell crafts can be found on the
Country Feed and Supplies and at Village Hall.
Forms must be brought back to Country Feed and Supplies. Space is limited. Register early!
Registration forms for Seneca's Pumpkin Baking Contest, Gingerbread House Contest and Wish Tree can be found on the village website, www.princeville.org and also on the Princeville Civic Association Facebook page, PCA on Facebook!

Stickers are $25.
REMINDER:
Golf Cart/UTVs are not allowed on state highways even if the highway is located within the village limits.
They are only allowed on the village streets.

Stop by Village Hall to pick up your 2017 Dog Tags.
Per the ordinance code 6.08.010, every person owning a dog within the village, shall register their dog/dogs with the Village Clerk. Tags are $2.00.

Youth Pheasant Hunt

Youth Pheasant Hunt:
The Youth Pheasant Hunt will be the weekend following
Thanksgiving Day: Sat., Nov. 25 and Sun., Nov. 26
at the Gilles farm located on Maher Road,
north off of Rt. 90 west of Princeville.
Kids 10 yrs. old through high school can attend the hunt.
They MUST have taken the hunter safety class and passed.
Choose from these times on Saturday or Sunday
8:00a - 10:00a, 10:00a - 12:00a, 12:00p - 2:00p, & 2:00p - 4:00p
Please call ahead to schedule your hunt time.
Pheasants Forever will provide each youth 2 pheasants
to be hunted on these days. Each group will take 5 kids
with their parent or guardian to the field to hunt the birds.
Groups will also include dogs, dog handlers, and bird setters.
Be sure to wear your orange!

We are moving the date of the raffle drawing to Sat., December 9th at the home boys basketball game against Elmwood.
That means you have another month to purchase your ticket(s). The reason we are moving the date is because we are in the 3rd round of football playoffs and will be traveling to play that afternoon.

You Support ALL our kids athletic programs when you support the boosters.
Not interested in putting your name in the raffle... But want to support our cause... Pick a charity or organization and put their name on the ticket! What an awesome surprise that would be for them!

Akron-Princeville Ambulance is taking applications for daytime
and nighttime volunteer drivers. Applicants must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
EMT license not required. Training will be provided.
