It includes Village Board agendas, postings of Village Board Committee meetings, and a community calendar. The calendar includes local events and happenings. If your group, church or organization would like to have an event placed on the calendar, please email, princevillewc@frontier.com or call Julie at 385-1916.

Holiday Homecoming

Princeville Holiday Homecoming

A Santa Breakfast along with a Craft/Vendor Fair will be held on Saturday, December 2. There are two locations that day for crafts and vendors. One at Akron-Princeville Ambulance building and the other at the Country Feed and Supplies garage. Registration forms to sell crafts can be found on the Village website, at http://www.princeville.org/ Country Feed and Supplies and at Village Hall. Forms must be brought back to Country Feed and Supplies. Space is limited. Register early!

Holiday Homecoming Saturday, December 2

Blessing Box
The Princeville Masonic Lodge #360 has installed a Blessing Box on Main Street, between Sprinkles and the UnityPoint Clinic Princeville. For those to take what they need ~ and for others to leave what they can.

United Christian Women's Fellowship

Operation Christmas Child

The United Christian Women's Fellowship

is heading up Operation Christmas Child.

Members will have boxes that families can pick up and fill. They also have a list of suggested items that can go into that box.

It costs $9 to send the box.

The group will collect filled boxes the week of November 12 - 18.

Flag & Pole Project

The Princeville Civic Association is currently accepting monetary donations to help fund the purchase of 30 American flags and poles. The flags will be displayed in the downtown area of Princeville during holidays and special events. Flags will be stored at Village Hall and volunteers will work together to set up and take down the flags as needed.

Flags are going to be size 3x5 with 10 ft. poles.

The approximate cost is $3015.00.

An account has been set up at Princeville State Bank. The name on the account is "Flag and Pole Account".

The Princeville Civic Association meets every 2nd Monday of the month at Princeville Village Hall at 7pm.

2017 Golf Cart/UTV Stickers
2017 Golf Cart/UTV stickers are available at Village Hall. 2017 stickers expire 12/31/2017. Stickers are $25. For more information visit the village website, princeville.org/ordinances REMINDER: Golf Cart/UTVs are not allowed on state highways even if the highway is located within the village limits. They are only allowed on the village streets.

2017 Village of Princeville Dog Tags
Stop by Village Hall to pick up your 2017 Dog Tags. Per the ordinance code 6.08.010, every person owning a dog within the village, shall register their dog/dogs with the Village Clerk. Tags are $2.00. Questions, contact Village Hall, phone 385-4765 or by email, villageprinceville@frontier.com Village Hall is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (closed for lunch from 12-1pm)

Akron-Princeville Ambulance Needs Drivers!

Akron-Princeville Ambulance is in need of drivers!

Have you ever thought about volunteering for your community? Do you work or live in Princeville?

Akron-Princeville Ambulance is taking applications for daytime

and nighttime volunteer drivers. Applicants must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

EMT license not required. Training will be provided.

Akron Princeville Fire Department Needs Volunteers!

Have you ever thought about being a volunteer firefighter? Do you live and or work in Princeville? Now would be the time that you turn that thought of volunteering into a reality. The Akron-Princeville Fire Dept is accepting applications for volunteers. We can not provide top notch service without people to respond.
