Annual Princeville Community Awareness Day a success!
Thank you to
all the groups and organizations that set up booths: Akron
Princeville Ambulance, AWANA, Princeville Lions Club, Princeville
Masons Lodge 360, Princeville Woman's Club, Princeville Garden Club,
Lillie M. Evans Library, Punkin Patch Preschool and Princeville Sports
Boosters.
Special thanks
to the Princeville Masons for sharing their tasty onion rings and
lemonade shake ups with the crowd.
Thank you to
the following: Princeville State Bank for sponsoring The Unique
Twist Balloon Artists, Smith Family Heritage Farms for supplying
the hog, Raber Packing Company for donating a portion of the cost of
processing the hog, Rod Jenkins and Mike Theobald for cooking the hog,

The PCA is a
group of residents who volunteer on behalf of the Princeville
community. If you are interested in taking part or have ideas for
community events such as Community Awareness Day, Heritage Days,
Hotdogs at the Firehouse (Halloween night) or Holiday Homecoming in
Princeville stop by a PCA meeting. The PCA meets every 2nd Monday
at Village Hall at 7pm.

Ambulance is in need of drivers!
Have
you ever thought about volunteering for your community? Do you
work or live in Princeville?
Akron-Princeville
Ambulance is taking applications for daytime
and nighttime volunteer drivers.
Applicants must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's
license with a clean driving record.
EMT
license not required. Training will be provided.

Have you ever thought about being a volunteer firefighter?
Do you live and or work in Princeville? Now would be the time that you
turn that thought of volunteering into a reality. The Akron-Princeville
Fire Dept is accepting applications for volunteers. We can not provide
top notch service without people to respond. Although we have an
immediate need for daytime volunteers, all applications will be
