Akron Princeville Fire Department Needs Volunteers!!
|
Have you ever
thought about being a volunteer firefighter? Do you live and or work in
Princeville? Now would be the time that you turn that thought of
volunteering into a reality. The Akron-Princeville Fire Dept is accepting
applications for volunteers. We can not provide top notch service without
people to respond. Although we have an immediate need for daytime
volunteers, all applications will be considered. Please go
to apfd.com
or contact any APFD member for an application or if you have
questions.

HERE'S THE
DIRT By Heather Maguire
July 3, 2014
The July meeting of the Princeville
Garden Club met at the home of Anne Abbey. Everybody checked out all
of Anne's fabulous flowers.
Our hostesses for the evening were Anne
Abbey and Martha Macy. They provided a summer fruit bowl and a
gluten free desert along with lemonade and vanilla biscotti coffee.
DOOR PRIZE - Our door prize winner
was Jane Stoeker. Jane won a set of flashlights, paint scrapper and
tools. Congratulations Jane.
AUGUST MEETING - The August
meeting of the Garden Club will be at Jane Stoecker on August 7th at
6:30 p.m. Bring your own chair. Plant or Tip of the month
will be Judy Sutherland.
See you there. Guests are always
welcome.
