Garbage & Recycling
Updates & Reminders:
*GARBAGE pick up is every
Monday.
1 brown garbage tote is
provided to each resident.
*The driver will only pick up
and empty the tote.
They do not get out of their
trucks to pick up additional bags
or garbage outside the
tote.
*If you need a tote, have a
broken tote, need to swap for a larger or smaller size tote, contact
Village Hall.
*If you are wanting
ADDITIONAL totes, you must contact GFL Environmental (309-274-4589)
directly. There is a deposit fee, and a
fee per additional tote, per
month. That additional tote fee is
handled by GFL Environmental
directly.
*Bulky items such as
furniture, mattresses, etc. will have a fee
accessed for the pick up. To
set this up, residents must call
ahead to GFL Environmental at
309-274-4589.
