It includes Village Board agendas, postings of Village Board Committee meetings, and a community calendar. Needs Drivers!
Akron-Princeville Ambulance is in need of drivers!
Have you ever thought about volunteering for your community?  Do you work or live in Princeville?
Akron-Princeville Ambulance is taking applications for daytime 
and nighttime volunteer drivers.  Applicants must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.  
EMT license not required.  Training will be provided.

Winter Parking Ban:
The Village of Princeville would like to remind residents to move vehicles off of the street if two or more inches of snow are forecast. It shall be unlawful to allow any vehicle or trailer to remain on any street or alley in the village in such a manner as to interfere with snow removal operations, when the accumulation is forecasted to be two or more inches in depth. Any car parked on the streets will be towed at the owner's expense.
If you need a place to park a car, you can park in the empty lot, at the corner of Spring St. & Santa Fe Ave. (The empty lot that is west across from Country Feed and Supplies)
If you do park a car in that lot, please inform the Village Hall by calling 385-4765. For questions, call Village Hall at 385-4765

2016 Golf Cart Stickers
2016 Golf Cart Stickers
will be available starting this 
Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 8am at Village Hall.  
The 2016 Golf Cart Stickers are available for $25 to those 
that have one in 2015 and $30 for any new ones.  
After December 31, 2015 the stickers will be $25 for everyone.

Cleaning up after the holidays? 
Wondering where to donate all the items you are ready to part with? 
The museum takes donations year round for our annual rummage sale.
(May 13 & 14, 2016)
 And, just like Goodwill and Salvation Army, we give you a receipt for a 
tax deduction. But, you don't have to drive it to Peoria. 
We take donations Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 
from 10 am to 2 pm. Not convenient for you on the weekdays? 
We will set up a time to meet, email us at phmdirector@frontier.com 
or call 385-1916. We take housewares, furniture, clothing, toys, tools, holiday decorations, books, DVDs, appliances and most other items. 
All proceeds from the rummage sale support the museum 
in maintaining the history of Princeville.

Have you ever thought about being a volunteer firefighter? Do you live and or work in Princeville? Now would be the time that you turn that thought of volunteering into a reality. The Akron-Princeville Fire Dept is accepting applications for volunteers. We can not provide top notch service without people to respond. Although we have an immediate need for daytime volunteers, all applications will be considered. Please go to apfd.com or contact any APFD member for an application or if you have questions.
