Public Alert Service now available
to all water customers:
Princeville Water Customers, the Village now has a Public Alert Service available to all water customers. This is a free option to our water customers.
The methods used include emails, voice or text alerts. (if you have a student in
Princeville School District, this is similar to the alert system the school uses to
alert parents of school closings, etc.)
There are a couple ways to get the Village Hall your information so that we can update your data and set you up for alerts.
1. is to complete the questionnaire on the bottom back portion of the current water bill
and send it back or drop it off at the Village Hall.
2. is to go to public-alert.com, click on Sign In, Create Email Form for Residential Info
(you must select the correct city name).
3. stop by the Village Hall and fill out a form.

Examples of alerts the Village Hall will use this system for are:
high water usage, interruption in services, boil orders, Village road repairs, etc.
Questions, call Village Hall at (309)385-4765.)
