The calendar includes local events and happenings.  If your group, church or organization would like to have an event placed on the calendar, please email, villagehall@princeville.org or call Julie at 385-4765.   Holiday Homecoming Events   Christmas Wish Tree Wish Tree Form    Senior Meals November 2018 Princeville Senior Meals Menu    April 2, 2019 Consolidated Elections Village of Princeville Pre-Filing Notice Notice is hereby given that the Village of Princeville has candidate petitions for circulation for the Consolidated Election to be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2019.  Anyone wishing to run for office may pick up a petition packet at the  Princeville Village Hall located at 206 N. Walnut Ave., Princeville, IL. The candidate's petitions must be filed with the Village Clerk,  along with the receipt of Statement of Economic Interest,  no earlier than 8am on Monday, December 10, 2018  and no later than 5pm on Monday, December 17, 2018. The following positions are open: Village Clerk-Unexpired 2 Year Term Village Trustee-4 Year Term Village Trustee-4 Year Term Village Trustee-4 Year Term In order to run for office you must be a registered voter and have resided within the village limits for one year.  For more information, visit the Illinois State Board of Elections website, www.elections.il.gov Princeville Village Hall         Princeville Village Hall will be CLOSED Thursday, November 22 & Friday, November 23          (Emergencies call 309-678-4151)        Princeville Moms Group PRINCEVILLE MOMS GROUP Being a mom is great and rewarding but can also be hard at times.  PRINCEVILLE MOMS is a group where you can come and relax and be encouraged, spiritually and emotionally and connect with other moms.  We will be doing several different activities from fun crafts, listening to different speakers and a book study.  It is for moms with kids of all ages, from birth to school age.  Complimentary onsite childcare for preschool-aged children and younger is available.  Food and drinks will also be provided. Meeting dates:  November 13 & 27, December 11, January 8 & 22, February 12 & 26, March 12, April 9 & 23 and May 14 9-11am at the Princeville United Methodist Church 420 E. Golf Cart/UTV/ATV Stickers  2019 Golf Cart/UTV/ATV Permit Stickers  are now  available  at Village Hall.    The ordinance was recently updated to include ATVs.  New permits are $30 and those renewing their permits are $25. Please check with the Village Hall or visit the website below to see the  list of items needed to obtain a Golf Cart/UTV/ATV Permit.  To view the amended ordinance and permit form, princeville.org/ordinances  REMINDER: Golf Carts, UTVs and ATVs are not allowed on state highways, even if the highway is located within the village limits.   They are only allowed on the village streets.    Community Events Youth Pheasant Hunts Sponsored by Pheasants Forever Saturday, November 24 & Sunday, November 25 For times, place, registration information and details scroll down. Community Coffee Wednesday, December 12 8-10am at the Princeville Heritage Museum Youth Pheasant Hunts Youth Pheasant Hunt  Saturday, November 24 & Sunday, November 25 22025 N Maher Road, Princeville Times available on  Saturday & Sunday: 8am-10am 10am-12pm 12pm-2pm 2pm-4pm Contact Mike Aldrich to schedule your hunt time. Akron-Princeville Ambulance is in need of drivers! Have you ever thought about volunteering for your community?  Do you work or live in Princeville?
