   The Village of Princeville has recently updated their website.  
now includes Village Board agendas, 
postings of Village Board Committee meetings, 
and a community calendar.   The calendar includes local events and happenings.  If your group, church or organization would like to have an event placed on the calendar, please email, princevillewc@frontier.com or call Julie at 385-1916.

will be held on Tuesday, July 7th.   

The Akron Township polling place 
has been moved to the 
Princeville United Methodist Church since Princeville High School is under construction.

Road Closure and Work on South Walnut Avenue

Road work began on Tuesday, April 21st, on Walnut Avenue in Princeville. The road work will consist of new curb and guttering, resurfacing, storm sewer, and sidewalk on the portion of Walnut Ave. which is between the railroad tracks and Douglas St.  
The planned closure of this section of 
Walnut Ave. is scheduled to last 6 weeks.

Ages 16 & up ~ $4.25, Ages 3-15 ~ $3.75, Ages 2 & under ~ free 

Multi Visit (20 visit punch cards), Individual Season, and Family Season Passes are available.  Purchase any of the passes at the Village Hall. Only Multi Visit Passes are available at the Aquatic Center.  
Photo ID is required at time of purchase, prices are according to resident or non-resident.  

The Aquatic Center is available for Pool Parties!

German-Bliss/Princeville Sports Boosters Polaris Demo Drive 
(Moved from the 20th to the 27th)
Saturday, June 27 from 10am-12noon
Stop by German Bliss on Saturday, June 27 between 10am and 12pm to test drive a Polaris ATV and support the Princeville Sports Boosters.  Polaris will donate $1500 to the Boosters if 50 Princeville fans test drive a Polaris on a mini obstacle course.   Must be 16 years or older to test drive.

Trap Shoots at Kickapoo Sportsmans Club 
 Pheasants Forever & Quail Forever will be hosting 
a Trap Shoot every Thursday in June 
at the Kickapoo Sportsmans Club 
June 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th
Times each day are:  5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm

You do not need to have the Hunters Safety Class to participate.  
Two boxes of shells (20 or 12 gauge) are provided.  
You will be asked to pay for your clay birds, 
$3.00 for each box of shells you shoot.  
10 years old and over can participate. Youth model guns are provided.

Dean's Return
Dean is doing great and is on schedule to 
return to Princeville on Sunday, July 5th. 
Food will be served at Troutman Park from 3pm to 6pm. 
Dean will arrive at approximately 4pm. 
Stop out and help give Dean the "Hero's Welcome" he deserves.

5pm-10pm each night (10 hour class)
You must be there both nights.  
Sandwiches, chips and drink will be served.  
Parents are welcome to take the class along with their child.  
There is NO charge for the class.

Akron Princeville Fire Department Needs Volunteers!!
Have you ever thought about being a volunteer firefighter? Do you live and or work in Princeville? Now would be the time that you turn that thought of volunteering into a reality. The Akron-Princeville Fire Dept is accepting applications for volunteers. We can not provide top notch service without people to respond. Although we have an immediate need for daytime volunteers, all applications will be considered. Please go to apfd.com or contact any APFD member for an application or if you have questions.
